چکیده

Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is a widely cultivated fruit in tropical and subtropical areas at altitudes ranging from 100 to 1500 m above sea level (masl). However, little known about the effects of altering on morpho-physiological traits determining commercial value mango. Therefore, we systematically investigated mango cultivar eight 680 1400 masl check environmental impact attributes volatile compounds using analysis variance, principal component analysis, clustering, correlation. We observed an increase weight size 1000 elevation gradual decrease higher msl. In contrast, quality parameters, including total soluble solids sugar, decreased with altitude, while acid increased altitude. Moreover, characterized dried fruit, pericarp, sarcocarp for aromatic identified 110 compounds. The accumulation pattern volatiles suggested considerable influence factors associated altitudes. there was no clear trend different further determined ten most frequently occurring tissues. For instance, Alpha-Guaiene only 1000–1215 Beta-Ocimene showed highest 900 pericarp. Together, our study provides clues altitude yield attributes, which will guide future agronomic practices.

Interactive Effect of 28-homobrassinolide and Salinity on Morpho-physiological Attributes of 60 Day Old Brassica Juncea Plants

Among various environmental stresses, salt stress is an extensively damaging to major crops all over the world. A set of experiments was conducted to examine the role of 28-homobrassinolide on growth and photosynthetic pigments of salt tolerant Brassica juncea cultivar RLC-1 under control or saline conditions i.e., 0 or 180 mM of NaCl. Surface sterilized seeds of B. juncea were given pre-sowing...
